EWC Anniversary Barbecue & Chili Cookoff

Category: EventsPreparations begin the night before as Jim White start slow cooking his famous Bar-B-Que to share with everyone who attends.
We encourage everyone to bring your favorite sides, desserts, and soft drinks for the food and fellowship which begins around 7:00 pm.
You are the judge; vote for your favorite chili from 6-7pm. There will be a $3 charge per bowl for those who would like to taste or participate in judging the chili; this helps cover the cost of the meat and other expenses incurred for the event.
Chili Competitors can prepare their unique recipes for the Chili Cook-off before the event. However, you must arrive with your chili no later than 5:30 pm to be eligible to participate. Please consider printing out any ingredients to display for possible allergies (we're not asking you to give out your secret recipe; therefore precise amounts are not required).
